Terms & Conditions

1. Offer applies only to selected models as specified on the Promoter's Website.
2. The promotion is valid only for purchases made during the Promotion Period as outlined on the Promoter's Website or in your confirmation email.
3. The Offer is open to individuals who purchase eligible products from participating Betta Stores or authorised BSR Group websites.
4. Upon purchase and approval of an eligible product, the customer will receive a digital Visa Gift Code.
5. To claim the Visa Gift Code, the customer must submit a redemption application via the Promoter's Website. The application must include:

A completed online redemption form with the claimant's name and physical address.

Proof of purchase in the form of a fully paid invoice or sales receipt (scanned copy or photo).
6. Redemption applications must be submitted within the timeframe specified in the confirmation email and the Visa Gift Code must be activated no later than 90 days from the date of receipt of the Visa Gift Code.

8. Digital Visa Codes are redeemable for purchases only and are not exchangeable for cash.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of claims and to disqualify any claimant who tampers with the claim process or submits a non-compliant claim.
10. The Offer is not applicable to Staff and their immediate family members.
11. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, including commercial sales. A maximum of three (3) redemptions per individual or related entity is permitted.
12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected claims.
13. Digital Visa Codes must be activated before the activation end date specified on the Gift Code. Failure to activate by this date will result in forfeiture of the funds.
14. Personal information collected during the promotion is used solely for administering the offer. By submitting a claim, the claimant consents to the Promoter using their information for future promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes unless otherwise advised. All personal data will be managed in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy available at www.betta.com.au/privacy-policy.
15. The Offer is not valid for purchases made via third-party marketplace sites, including but not limited to eBay, Amazon, Catch or Myer Market.
16. A maximum of one (1) Offer is redeemable per eligible product purchased.
Definitions:
* Betta: Corporate stores owned by BSR Group and participating retailer franchisees.
* BSR Group: BSR Franchising Pty Ltd ABN 21 122 566 094 trading as Betta.
* Commercial Sales: Sales not intended for domestic or household use, or goods sold for resale.
* Offer: The promotional offer described in these Terms and Conditions.
* Personal Information: As defined under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
* Promoter: BSR Franchising Pty Ltd ABN 21 122 566 094.

* Staff: Employees of BSR Australia Limited, franchisees, and service recipients of BSR Franchising Pty Ltd.
